Who is ready for some crawfish? … and great music? Wayne Toups and Jake Worthington will headline the concert series at the 37th annual Mauriceville Crawfish Festival April 21-23. The gates will open at 5 p.m. today at 7441 Cohenour Rd, Orange Texas, with Danny Dillon on stage. The festival runs through Sunday.
Jake Worthington was named “Runner-Up” on Season 6 of the hit NBC TV Show “The Voice.” Wayne Toups has been an area favorite for years.
Update: Music Fest will end at 6:30 p.m. instead of 9 p.m. due to Champagne Room cancellation. No rain cancellation at this time. Champagne Room rescheduled for September Boat Races.
