Who is ready for some crawfish? … and great music? Wayne Toups and Jake Worthington will headline the concert series at the 37th annual Mauriceville Crawfish Festival April 21-23. The gates will open at 5 p.m. today at 7441 Cohenour Rd, Orange Texas, with Danny Dillon on stage. The festival runs through Sunday.
Jake Worthington was named “Runner-Up” on Season 6 of the hit NBC TV Show “The Voice.” Wayne Toups has been an area favorite for years.

Four hour wristbands will be available for the carnival rides. Lots of your favorite carnival foods will be available, and what is a Crawfish Festival without lots of spicy crawfish?
Saturday morning kicks off with the Crawfish Crawl 5K at 7:30 a.m. and the Parade at 9 a.m.
The crawfish cooking competition will also be held Saturday…who will win?
Four hour wristbands for the carnival rides will be available for $20.

No coolers or pets allowed. Alcohol will be for sale on the grounds Friday and Saturday. No liquor will be sold on Sunday. Bring your chair to enjoy the concerts.
