Please join us 9 a.m.-noon, July 29 for the 4th annual National Dance Day event in Southeast Texas. Come Join the Fun!
Here is the YouTube tutorial video for the official National Dance Day choreography. This fun, simple routine is choreographed to District 78’s, “Shake, Wiggle, Move.”
Here is the adapted choreography:
Here are some ways you can play around with the choreography to make it your own:
- Slow down the timing if it’s a little fast
- Finding the footwork tricky in places? It’s fine to just do the arms & keep the feet still.
- Unable to get the jump in? Take it out, repeat a movement or add a movement of your choice if you need to
As you’re learning and rehearsing the routine, your welcome to make adjustments to the choreography that allows everyone to participate.
Learn the dances and come do them with other Southeast Texans and Southwest Louisianians on July 29, 2017.
Event updates for this National Dance Day event will be posted on octx.info or on the What’s Happening Orange County? Facebook page.
