4th of July Fireworks and Concert in Orange

Who is ready for fireworks? The City of Orange will be hosting the 2017 4th of July Concert and Fireworks Celebration, Tuesday, July 4, from 5  – 9 p.m. at the Riverfront Boardwalk and Pavilion.

The event includes live entertainment by Dustin Sonnier, beginning at 7 p.m., as well as a fireworks show at 9 p.m.  There will be food, drink, and sno-cone vendors on site, as well as children’s activities.  Coolers and chairs are welcome.

This event is free to the public. No dogs or pets will be allowed at the Riverfront Boardwalk and Pavilion.

Beatles raise the roof at OCP this week

Fun for Funds Mania at OCPYes, literally that is the goal for the Fun for Funds Mania fundraiser this week at OCP. There is a hole in the roof that has been patched, temporarily. They are hoping the Beatles tribute show will raise enough money to replace the roof.

Fun for Funds is a summer fundraiser they do each year to help cover maintenance and repair costs of the building. The roof is one they have been putting off as long as they could, but it’s time has come. Continue reading Beatles raise the roof at OCP this week
