UPDATE: MUSIC FEST TO END AT 6:30 p.m. COOLERS NOW ALLOWED
The Orange Convention and Visitors Bureau is excited to announce a Downtown Music Festival is coming to the City of Orange. The Downtown Music Festival will be held at the Riverfront Boardwalk and Pavilion on Saturday, March 25, from 12 P.M. – 9 P.M. There will be no charge for spectators to come and enjoy this fun filled event in downtown Orange, TX!
The lineup of bands will be as follows: LN and the Crush, 1:00 – 2:30 P.M.; Geno Delafosse, 3:00 – 4:30 P.M.; Bronco Junior, 5:00 – 6:30 P.M.; and headliner, Champagne Room, 7:00 – 9:00 P.M.
Food and drink vendors will be on site beginning at 12 P.M. Please note, no dogs and no pets will be allowed at the Riverfront Boardwalk and Pavilion.

Update: Music Fest will end at 6:30 p.m. instead of 9 p.m. due to Champagne Room cancellation. No rain cancellation at this time. Champagne Room rescheduled for September Boat Races.
I was working on this announcement from the Orange Convention and Visitors Bureau that it was now OK to bring coolers to Saturday’s Music Fest. This event was officially cancelled Thursday afternoon due to thunderstorms expected by 6 p.m. Saturday. City staff will work on a rescheduled date in the Spring 2016.
Orange’s first Music Festival will feature five performances from 1-10 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 24, 2015.
Headlining the event will be Kree Harrison at 8:30 p.m. at the Orange Riverfront Pavilion at the corner of Division Avenue and 5th Street.
Other performers will be Alex Rozell, Justin Judalet, Tyler Darby and The Train Wreck; and Brad Brinkley & Comfort Zone.
Bring your lawn chair or blanket and enjoy this free day of entertainment.
Food vendors will be on site. No pets, coolers or glass containers permitted.
